- Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
Purchases, Pricing & Refunds
- The Platform offers digital services measured in analysis credits. Payments are processed by third‑party providers (e.g., Creem).
- Digital goods are delivered or usable immediately; refunds are generally not offered except where required by law or for material defects.
- For duplicate charges, non‑delivery, fraud, or material defects, contact us within 7 days for resolution.
- Prices may change over time due to market or costs; completed orders remain unaffected. Taxes are charged as applicable.
Content & Intellectual Property
- Platform software, pages, and generated content are owned by the Platform or respective rights holders.
- You are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license for personal or internal use.

Prohibited Conduct

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages; direct damages are capped at the most recent payment amount (if any).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate services at any time for violations or for security/compliance reasons. You may stop using the Platform and delete projects at any time.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction or the Platform’s operating jurisdiction. Parties should attempt amicable resolution; failing that, disputes may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction.
