Service Agreement

This Agreement governs your use of Feng Shui Online for feng shui analysis digital services. Together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, it forms the complete agreement between you and the Platform.

Services & Delivery

  • You may purchase analysis credits to upload images and generate feng shui reports.
  • Reports are delivered via pages or files, including scores, recommendations, and explanations.
  • Delivery is electronic and deemed immediately available.

Fees & Payment

  • Prices are as shown at checkout; taxes apply as required by law.
  • Payments are processed by third‑party providers (e.g., Creem); you agree to their terms and policies.

Refunds & Support

  • Refunds are generally not available for digital services; for material defects, duplicate charges, or non‑delivery, contact us within 7 days.
  • We will resolve via fix, redelivery, or refunds where required by law.

Your Commitments

  • Provide accurate information and use the service lawfully; no fraud, infringement, or unlawful conduct.
  • Ensure you have rights to uploaded content and avoid unlawful or sensitive personal data without authorization.

Intellectual Property & License

  • You retain rights to your original uploads; you grant the Platform a necessary license to process them for services.
  • Rights to reports and generated content belong to the Platform or rights holders; you receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license.

Data & Privacy

We process your data under the Privacy Policy, including payment data via third parties and logs for security.

Term, Termination & Breach

  • This Agreement remains effective during your use; violations may result in suspension or termination.
  • Upon termination, delivered services remain unaffected; unused credits are handled per policy.

Force Majeure

The Platform is not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, government actions, or network outages, but will endeavor to restore and remedy.

Dispute Resolution

Parties should attempt amicable resolution; failing that, disputes may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction. Governing law is your jurisdiction or the Platform’s operating jurisdiction.
